HUIBO requires a minimum order quantity of 300-500 pieces per order, and the minimum order quantity for custom fabrics, accessories and printing is negotiable. It only takes 7-14 days for samples to be delivered to customers.

Production Process

: Approve Sample

Our team will discuss your ideas with you, advise on fabric types and printing methods, and develop technical drawings and tech packs to bring your ideas to life. We offer a one-step sample service that starts with a mock-up, followed by pattern creation, size grading, cutting, and sewing.

: Create Tech Pack

Tech packs should include technical drawings, construction notes, dimensions, size charts, and materials. This document is crucial for designers to communicate design details. For creating samples, garment measurements are helpful, but for basic styles like baby rompers and pajamas, photos are sufficient.

: Mass Production

To ensure quick and perfect task completion, it's essential for both of us to stay updated on production status and discuss the process. : Ship Products

We provide different shipping options to meet your budget and requirements. For small orders or samples, we use couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS. For orders of 1500 pieces or more, we typically offer air shipping (7-10 days to the US). For larger quantities, we ship by sea (fast shipping, 18-25 days to the US).

Quality Control

: Check the fabric

We will check the fabric before cutting, and then cut the bulk if there is no problem with the fabric.

: Automatic cutting

We use automatic cutting machine to cut bulk fabric, automatic cutting machine is more efficient and accurate.

: Printing Label

We use the printing machine to print heat transfer labels, it has better fastness.

: Sewing

We use the latest sewing machines and our workers are all skilled for more than five years.

: Check the finished product

We will inspect each piece of bulk goods one by one to reduce defective product.

: Ironing

We will iron each piece of bulk carefully, and iron the bulk goods without wrinkles.

: Folding Bulk

Experienced staffs will fold the ironed clothes neatly to keep the clothes clean and beautiful.

: Needle Detectors

Each piece of bulk must pass the needle inspection, enable to make sure there are no any broken needles left in the clothes.
