WHAT IS YOUR MOQ?

We offer flexible MOQ:
The minimum order quantity starts from 300-500 pieces across all designs for each order.
For each design, MOQ is 100-150pieces per color.
For each style, MOQ is 50-100 pieces per color.
Different MOQs may be negotiable according to customized fabric/accessories/dying/printing.

WHAT IS YOUR MONTHS PRODUCTION CAPACITY?

Our monthly capacity is 350,000 pieces for knitting garments.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Fitting sample, design swatch and accessories timeline 5-10days.
Bulk is 45-60 days.

WHAT ARE REQUIRED FOR MAKING A SAMPLE?

Tech packs should include technical drawings, construction notes, dimensions, size charts, and materials. This document is crucial for designers to communicate design details. For creating samples, garment measurements are helpful, but for basic styles like baby rompers and pajamas, photos are sufficient.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SAMPLES?

Sample charges vary on the design and complexity, we will get a whole overview of the cost after you submit an order form.

HOW ABOUT PRINTING?

Digital printing is highly recommended, especially for intricate patterns and small quantity orders. It allows for high-resolution printing of almost any design on various fabrics, offering detailed artwork and unlimited color options, which is cost-effective.

ARE MY DESIGNS PROTECTED?

Regarding the protection of your designs, we prioritize confidentiality. We do not sell or disclose designs to other customers. Upon request, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement to ensure your designs and information remain confidential and are not shared with any third parties.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE SAMPLES YOU SEND ME?

If you don’t like the samples, we can adjust them accordingly to your requirements and remake another sample that will be sent again for your review.

HOW ABOUT AFTER SALE SERVICE OR WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

If you receive defective items, please contact us immediately. We will issue a refund for the affected pieces. Typically, the number of defective items is minimal, as we carefully manage each step of the process and conduct thorough quality control after production is completed.
